About Me

I’m Sullivan “Ricky Bobby Jr.”— even though I was born with a small deformity (we call it my lucky fin) and somehow incurred a broken hip along the way, all I’ve ever wanted to do was go fast. When I’m not chasing after my foster brothers in the yard like it’s the Coca-Cola 600, you’ll find me self entertaining -wrestling a good toy or hanging out gnawing on an antler.  And even though I LOVE to go fast, my favorite thing in the world is mellowing out and being cuddled or curled up in your lap for a nap— I promise I fit! 

I’m still a puppy, so I’m learning a lot very fast. I accept redirection very well and am eager to please and learn, specially if there’s a treat involved. Oh! And I’ve literally never met a stranger in my life and have done really well on social outings and in public.

Ideal Home

I would do great in any home or apartment as long as I’m able to run every now and then— I’m small so I don’t need much room.  Being a puppy means my future home needs to be patient while I continue to learn and grow. I’ve done really well with children and dogs of all sizes and accept corrections from my foster brothers/ other dogs very well. Sullivan will need surgery on his front leg at some point. It currently does not cause pain but will need further intervention to prevent arthritis. It is called carpal valgus. There are orthotic braces that may also be an option. Sully boy had surgery on his back left hip already and is recovering very well! He still wants to run and play.

You’ll love me because of my happy go lucky energy, no matter what life has thrown at me, I’ve never let it slow me down or stop me from finding sunshine in everything and everyone I meet— And sure I might be small but I have a personality larger than life and even bigger ears to go with it. #LetsShake&Bake!
