Rocky is a happy go lucky, Velcro GSD.
He loves to play fetch, he loves his family, he loves to do whatever you are doing. Rocky came to us from a bad situation where his owners wanted to put him down, they got him from an even worse situation, and he’s been with our rescue for over a year. Rocky went to a board and train to work on meeting new people, was adopted, and ultimately returned by his adopters because they did not want to continue with his training and socialization.

Rocky’s ideal home will be someone with GSD experience or training experience. We would love for him to live a quiet life in a family home with a fenced in yard, but he has been to training and has the potential to be a dog that can go on walks/hikes as long as his owners keep up his training and getting him out.

Rocky is handsome, loyal, and devoted to his people. He prefers men, but still will do anything for the women in his family. Rocky will let you do anything to him, he is very eager to please for training as well. He can run fast after a ball and brings it back perfectly. He is well behaved in the house, and has lived with cats and female dogs before.
