Mickey aims to please. He will get a burst of energy in the yard but loves when it is relaxing time on the couch. He is very food motivated so will do anything you ask for a kibble. He gets along well with his foster brothers with set play & feed boundaries. Mickey does not beg for people food, knows sit, stay, shake & working on “come”. He was an owner surrender to CMACC and when given a deadline, brought into our rescue.

Ideal Home
Someone with patience & knowledge on rescue dogs. He does well with kids but older ones will be ideal, if any. A calm environment with a stable schedule. He is good with being in his crate multiple hours a day, so someone who works outside the home & wants to come home to a companion would be ideal.

Mickey is an absolute snuggle bug. You can tell that his heart is as big as his head but didn’t have the proper boundaries or training as a puppy. With someone who has patience & an open heart for his love he will thrive.
